ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL SERVICES PROVIDED FOR THE AN/SQQ-89 SURFACE SHIP COMBAT SYSTEM, SUPPORTING DDG-51, CG-47, AND FFG-62 PLATFORMS. INCLUDES SYSTEMS ENGINEERING, HARDWARE DESIGN AND INTEGRATION (INCLUDING INTEGRATION OF GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY), PRODUCTION, PROGRAM MANAGEMENT, LOGISTICS, CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT, AND INSTALLATION SUPPORT. THE SCOPE COVERS PRODUCTION OF SYSTEMS UNDER TECHNICAL INSERTION 20 (TI-20) AND HYPERVISOR TECHNOLOGY 0 (HT0) CONFIGURATIONS, INTEGRATION OF INFRASTRUCTURE AS A SERVICE (IAAS) AND OUT-OF-BAND MANAGEMENT NETWORKS, APPLICATION OF A BUILD-IN-PLACE (BIP) PHILOSOPHY FOR UPGRADES, SUPPLY OF MODIFICATION KITS, AND ANCILLARY ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR UPGRADES, OBSOLESCENCE MANAGEMENT, AND COMPONENT QUALIFICATION.
