Work will be performed in Ulm, Germany (76%); Ottobrunn, Germany (22%); and Röthenbach, Germany (2%), and is expected to be completed by December 2026. German Memorandum of Understanding funds in the amount of $8,358,758 will be obligated at the time of award and no funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
