Apr 2022: Lockheed Martin, Rotary and Mission Systems, Moorestown, New Jersey, is awarded a $9,756,323 cost-plus-incentive-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and cost only order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-21-G-5110 for the procurement of Combat System Ship Qualification (CSSQT) Trials planning support services for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Japan. Work will be performed in Barking Sands, Hawaii (30%); Corona, California (28%); Moorestown, New Jersey (24%); Honolulu, Hawaii (15%); Sasebo, Japan (2%); and Yokosuka, Japan (1%), and is expected to be completed by July 2023. Foreign Military Sales (Japan) funds in the amount of $9,756,323 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This order was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1) — only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
