RIBCRAFT USA LLC,* Marblehead, Massachusetts, is awarded an $8,477,452 for a firm-fixed-price delivery order to previously awarded contract N00024-19-D-2220 for construction of 10 Expeditionary 11 Meter Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats (RIB). Work will be performed in Marblehead, Massachusetts, and is expected to be completed by April 2022. With these 10 boats, 17 of the 48 possible RIBs will be under contract. The base contract also included options for associated support efforts related to the construction and delivery for crew familiarization, special studies, engineering and industrial services and provisioned items orders. Fiscal 2020 other procurement (Navy) funding in the amount of $8,477,452 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.
