Government Description
The contract enables the placement of orders for Multi-Intelligence Sensor Development (MISD) sensor suite production unit components for fielding in multiple manned and unmanned aircraft, as well as the support related to those units and components. Additional work includes production and delivery of argon common chassis, MISD components level III Technical Data Package (TDP), MISD product support, and sustainment support. The contract also covers planning and general reporting activities, as well as procurement of sole source hardware and low band suite hardware for MISD. Engineering support is provided for the Navy, foreign cooperative partners, and foreign military sales customers.

Argon ST Inc., Fairfax, Virginia, is awarded a $463,023,379 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost reimbursable, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. This contract procures various Multi-Intelligence Sensor Development Sensor Suite production unit components for fielding in various manned and unmanned aircraft, as well as associated engineering support for the Navy, Foreign Cooperative Partners and Foreign Military Sales customers. Work will be performed in Fairfax, Virginia (75%); and Germantown, Maryland (25%), and is expected to be completed in January 2028. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1).
