This contract provides for software engineering support services, including analysis, modification, and implementation of software changes in support of the BQM-177A Subsonic Aerial Target system for the Navy. Work will be performed in Sacramento, California (93.6%); and Phoenix, Arizona (6.4%), and is expected to be completed in July 2027. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1.
