Work will be performed in Winnepeg, Canada (34 percent); San Angelo, Texas (34 percent); Corpus Christi, Texas (12 percent); and various locations within and outside of the continental United States (20 percent) work is expected to be completed in September 2015. Funds will not be obligated at time of award. Funds will be obligated on individual delivery orders as they are issued.
