This includes delivery of the msf basic rider course at various Marine Corps bases and installations in the continental United States and Hawaii, in support of the commandant of the Marine Corps safety division. Training is conducted to comply with mco 5100.29C, volume 3, under the oversight of the traffic safety program manager, ensuring course content and structure meet traffic safety training objectives.
