Government Description
MILITARY FREE FALL PROGRESSION AND SUSTAINMENT TRAINING IS PROVIDED TO SUPPORT USMC RECONNAISSANCE UNITS IN MAINTAINING HAHO AND HALO CAPABILITIES FOR CLANDESTINE INSERTION INTO OPERATIONAL AREAS. THE CONTRACTOR DELIVERS PROGRESSION AND SUSTAINMENT TRAINING PER MCO 3120.11A, UTILIZING CONTRACTED FACILITIES, PARACHUTE RIGGER PACKING SUPPORT, AIRCRAFT SUPPORT INCLUDING LIFT TICKETS, BATTALION-PROVIDED TRAINING, AND CONTRACTED DROP ZONE USE. TRAINING SUPPORTS FUTURE DEPLOYING MEUS, I MEF CONTINGENCY OPERATIONS, MAJOR COMBAT OPERATIONS, AND BATTALION REQUIREMENTS WITHIN PRIORITIZED COMBATANT COMMAND PLANS. ALL TRAINING IS CONDUCTED WITHIN 75 MILES OF MCB CAMP PENDLETON, CA, WITH ALTERNATE CONTRACTOR LOCATIONS PERMITTED.
