Government Description
Research, Innovative, Technical, Analysis Support Services 3.0 (RITA 3.0) provides independent research, analysis, administrative and technical tasks, and writing of varying complexity requiring technical knowledge, skill, and/or experience in developing concept ideas and supporting testing and evaluation. Work performed includes studies and analyses in areas such as command, control, communications, and computers (C4); logistics requirements; mission area analysis; scenario development; seabasing and landing support; wargaming; manpower and recruiting; and technology forecasting. The contractor executes studies to bridge gaps between current and future operational concepts, supports analytic modeling (including afsim and c-uas studies for USCENTCOM), and delivers studies supporting the Marine Corps study program. These services generate technical data and support the Marine Corps in responding to wide-ranging requirements across future capabilities, force structure, current operations and intelligence, decision analysis, and human subject research protocols.
