The purpose of this requirement is to provide enterprise architecture, enterprise data management, and information technology engineering services for USTRANSCOM and its tccs. Includes supporting operational and system perspectives in command and control (C2), planning, transportation, logistics, and business support system domains. Tasks performed include developing integrated enterprise architecture, providing technical support for enterprise data governance and management, translating capability objectives into design solutions, and supporting prototyping, information support plan development, software development, and system administration. Additional activities involve agile capability development, cloud migration planning, and sustaining architectural solutions through training and standardized guidelines.
