Sddc TEA traffic engineering services. The Transportation Engineering Agency (TEA) provides engineering services to improve the global deployability of U.S. Armed forces by delivering transportation and transportability engineering, policy guidance, research, and analytical expertise to support the Department of Defense (DOD) and the national military strategy. Under this IDIQ contract, the contractor performs traffic engineering studies and analyses at various military installations, including comprehensive traffic studies such as those conducted at ns mayport, FL, and other locations as required by TEA's traffic engineering branch.

Gannett Fleming Inc., Camp Hill, Pennsylvania (HTC71123DD004), was awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price, labor hour, and time and material line items contract with a cumulative face value of $25,100,000 to perform traffic engineering services for the Military Surface Deployment & Distribution Command, Transportation Engineering Agency.
