CeLeen LLC, doing business as WWC Federal, Perryville, Missouri, has been awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with firm-fixed-price line items and an estimated face value of $18,400,000 for business process reengineering support for the Joint Transportation Management System Program to ensure “As-is” models are reviewed, analyzed, and reengineered to support a commercial Enterprise Resource Planning solution. The locations of performance are Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, and the contractor’s facilities. Work is expected to be completed by July 6, 2028.
