Dec 2022:
Federal Express Corp., Memphis, Tennessee (HTC711-23-D-C023); Polar Air Cargo Worldwide Inc., Purchase, New York (HTC711-23-D-C024); and United Parcel Service Co., Louisville, Kentucky (HTC711-23-D-C025), have been awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity with firm-fixed-price rates contracts with an estimated total face value of $2,241,838,846 under the Next Generation Delivery Service-2 program to provide international and domestic small package delivery services. Work will be performed globally. The base period of performance is from April 1, 2023, to Sept. 30, 2026. Funds will be obligated at the individual task order level. This contract was a competitive acquisition in which all Civil Reserve Air Fleet carriers were eligible to submit a proposal and four offers were received. U.S. Transportation Command, Directorate of Acquisition, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, is the contracting activity.
