The Contractor Is Responsible For the Non-Temporary Storage (NTS) Of Retrograde Containerized Household Goods (HHG) and Unaccompanied Baggage (UB) belonging to Department of Defense (DOD) military service members, DOD civilians, and U.S. Coast Guard members. Includes operating storage facilities, handling-in and handling-out HHG/UB, providing secure storage, and resolving HHG/UB loss or damage claims.
