The contract provides complete transportation and storage services for Department of Defense (DoD) sponsored shipments of privately-owned vehicles (POVs) belonging to military service members and transportation of DoD-sponsored shipments of POVs for DoD civilian employees. Work will be performed at multiple locations inside and outside the continental U.S.  The contract base period of performance is from Oct. 1, 2018, to Sept. 30, 2020.  Fiscal year 2019 Transportation Working Capital Funds were obligated at award. U.S. Transportation Command, Directorate of Acquisition, Scott AFB, Illinois, is the contracting activity.
