Government Description
Provide Meeting, Programmatic, And Administrative Support Services (MPASS) for the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP) at fort detrick, MD. Includes support for strategic planning, vision setting, programmatic review evaluation, and publicity and public affairs for CDMRP and other subordinate organizations within the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command (USAMRDC). Services provided across a wide range of medical research programs, including but not limited to support for research in areas such as alcohol and substance use disorders, alzheimer's, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, autism, bone marrow failure, breast cancer, combat casualty care, lupus, melanoma, multiple sclerosis, ovarian cancer, traumatic brain injury, and rare cancers. Tasks include meeting support, pre-application screening, programmatic review, general program support, and scientific and public affairs outreach for numerous disease-specific and general medical research initiatives.

It is anticipated this contract will provide support services for 120-150 program announcements and at least 10 broad agency announcements per fiscal year.
