This task order provides for System as a Service support under the Clinical Information System as a Service indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract HT0011-20-D-0003. This task order modification extends the period of performance for System as a Service for six months effective from Oct. 1, 2020, to March 31, 2021. Contract HT0011-20-D-0003 provides operational support and sustainment for all existing clinical information system components currently in operation and supports decommission activities during the phased transition to MHS GENESIS or otherwise discontinuing clinical information system operations (decommission).
