Gray Analytics, Inc.,* Huntsville, Alabama, is being awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a maximum amount of $59,525,000. Under this new contract, the contractor will support the digitization, modelling, and automation of the full lifecycle of systems engineering using a secure model-centric data-driven framework that incorporates model-based systems engineering, modular open systems approach, data engineering, development, security, and operations, and machine learning technologies. A task order in the amount of $8,800,000 is being issued. The work will be performed in Huntsville, Alabama. The ordering period is from Feb. 19, 2026, through Feb. 18, 2031. This contract was competitively procured via publication on the Governmentwide Point of Entry website through Nimble Options for Buying Layered Effects. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and engineering funds in the amount of $8,800,000 are being obligated on this award.
