Government Description
Microelectronic systems integration as described in PWS 25-5E1. The contract includes fabrication, component procurement, and assembly of microelectronic systems, as well as pcb fabrication, cca cleaning and coating, pcb/cca/system rework and repair, mechanical component manufacturing, automated cca/system testing, burn-in/environmental screening, and microelectronics system integration and assembly. The contractor is responsible for producing pcbas, procuring and fabricating electronic and electro-mechanical components, post-processing ccas including testing and screening, integrating all sub-components into a complete microelectronic solution, and programming, testing, validating, and screening the full system according to design specifications.
