Educational and technical support services. Supports a wide range of educational, training, curriculum development, and technical assistance activities for the Institute for Security Governance (ISG) and the Defense Institute of International Legal Studies (DIILS), including peacekeeping, disaster response, security governance, maritime security, cyber challenges, legal aspects of defense, and leadership development courses and seminars delivered internationally. Services include course material development, project management, logistics, and delivery of training for military, civilian, and security professionals in areas such as human rights, combating corruption, civil-military relations, and women, PEACE, and security. Provides all personnel, materials, and non-personal services necessary to perform these tasks as defined in the performance work statement.
