Overview
Government Description
Preventive maintenance for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems is provided. Services include preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for all UPS systems, battery systems, and associated electrical distribution devices at the pentagon building, Heating and Refrigeration Plant (H&RP), modular office complex, all pfpa police booths, and the incinerator building on the pentagon reservation. Work also encompasses generator engine maintenance, generator repair and improvement, replacement of cylinders, UPS generator upgrades and installation, and support for UPS Power Distribution Units (PDU) upgrades. The contractor ensures maintenance of these mission critical power systems with minimal downtime due to system or component failures.

The purpose of this contract is to provide preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance services for all Uninterruptible Power Supply System, battery systems, and all associated electrical distribution devices. The contractor ensures maintenance of this mission critical power systems with little or no down time due to system or component failures. The work will be performed at the Pentagon Reservation.
