The contractor shall provide training venues, as required. Work performance will take place in the National Capital Region, including the Pentagon and Crystal City, Arlington, Virginia. No funds will be obligated at the award of the basic IDIQ contract. Appropriate fiscal 2019 funds will be obligated on all subsequent task orders. The expected completion date is Sept. 29, 2024. Washington Headquarters Services, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
