Government Description
DODEA REQUIRES A NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED ASSESSMENT SYSTEM TO IMPLEMENT AS THE SYSTEMWIDE CCRS ASSESSMENT SYSTEM FOR MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL, DESIGNED FOR POSTSECONDARY PREPARATION. THE CONTRACTOR WILL ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 508 OF THE REHABILITATION ACT BY PROVIDING ACCESSIBLE INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (ICT) AND DELIVERING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THAT CONFORM TO REVISED 508 STANDARDS. SERVICES INCLUDE PROVIDING OCR COPIES OF PRINT MATERIALS IN VARIOUS DIGITAL FORMATS UPON REQUEST, MAINTAINING A DEDICATED ONLINE RESOURCE SITE ACCESSIBLE 24/7/365 (EXCEPT SCHEDULED DOWNTIMES), AND CONDUCTING SYNCHRONOUS TRAININGS AND PROFESSIONAL LEARNING RESOURCES. TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND SECURE DATA ACCESS THROUGH TWO-FACTOR OR MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION WILL BE PROVIDED, WITH RESOURCES AND SUPPORT AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE CONTRACT DURATION.
