Government Description
Gbn total maintenance services. Work performed includes total maintenance, preventive maintenance inspections, and recurring maintenance for schools and facilities in Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Tasks include repairs and upgrades to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and mass notification systems, elevators, lighting (including led conversions), flooring, doors, windows, and building automation systems, as well as installation of av systems, security enhancements, and general facility renovations. Additional work includes kitchen equipment replacement, playground and sports facility improvements, ada-compliant upgrades, and cataloging building systems into asset management platforms.
