Government Description
DECA integrated pest management program, CONUS, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico commissaries. Work performed includes integrated pest management services at various defense commissary agency (DECA) commissaries and office locations, including regularly scheduled and unscheduled pest control, installation and replacement of equipment such as insect light traps, TIN cats, bait stations, and covers, and remediation of pests such as birds, rodents, insects, bats, skunks, opossums, and snakes. Services also include mass trapping, removal of nests, and specialized treatments such as fire ant and wasp nest removal. Locations serviced include, but are not limited to, Fort Meade, Fort Belvoir, albany, maxwell AFB, jacksonville nas, mcguire AFB, patuxent river nas, and others.
