Government Description
Electronic shelf labels sustainment, installation, and upgrades are performed in support of the defense commissary agency (DECA). Includes maintaining and upgrading the legacy esl solution at CONUS store locations (including Alaska and Hawaii), supporting expansion to OCONUS stores, and providing program management, hardware and software maintenance, firmware updates, help desk support, training, and web ordering site maintenance. The contractor is responsible for ensuring operational availability of esl hardware, supporting both segmented and graphical esls, and delivering upgrades and installations for stores of varying sizes.
