Government Description
SPECTRUM INFORMATION SYSTEM (SIS) SUSTAINMENT AND ENHANCEMENT. THE DEFENSE INFORMATION SYSTEMS AGENCY (DISA) PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE (PEO) SPECTRUM, IN COORDINATION WITH DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE (DOD) AGENCIES WITHIN THE GLOBAL ELECTROMAGNETIC SPECTRUM INFORMATION SYSTEM (GEMSIS) ENVIRONMENT, IS PROCURING SERVICES FOR THE SUSTAINMENT, MAINTENANCE, OPERATION, ENHANCEMENT, AND TRAINING OF EXISTING ENTERPRISE CAPABILITIES WITHIN DISA STRATUS, NIPRNET, SIPRNET, AND JWICS CLOUD ENVIRONMENTS. INCLUDES EXPANDING EXISTING SYSTEMS TO MEET DOD OPERATIONAL SPECTRUM NEEDS, EXTENDING SOFTWARE ARCHITECTURE AND FEATURE SETS, INTEGRATING NEW DATA SETS AND ANALYTICS, IMPROVING DATA DEVELOPMENT PROCESSES AND VISUALIZATION FEATURES, ENHANCING DATABASES, AND ADDING DATA SOURCES FOR PLANNING AND EXECUTING JOINT ELECTROMAGNETIC SPECTRUM OPERATIONS. SERVICES ALSO COVER IMPORTING AND MAINTAINING SPECTRUM-DEPENDENT EQUIPMENT DATA, SUPPORTING TECHNICAL EXCHANGE MEETINGS, ENSURING CYBERSECURITY COMPLIANCE, AND ENGAGING USERS FOR SOFTWARE IMPROVEMENTS.
