Department of Defense (DOD) requirement for ku-band services single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The BPA provides comsatcom bandwidth to support global Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, And Reconnaissance (AISR) operations for multiple mission partners, including increased usage by U.S. European command (EUCOM) due to security concerns in Ukraine. Services include leasing AISR ku-band transponded capacity, including spot beam and widebeam capabilities, under GSA it telecommunications MAS 517410.
