The TSA physical security section, fsu in an effort to achieve compliance with Homeland Security Presidential Directive-12 (HSPD-12) and related TSA and department of homeland (DHS) requirements and technical standards require replacement, upgrade, and installation of the new pacs for all designated facilities. Compliance with these directives and standards will require integration and installation of approved GSA pacs Approved Product List (APL) credential readers, control panels, and operating infrastructure systems as determined by the TSA physical security section, fsu.
