BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR SUPPORT IN CARRYING OUT SECTION 101 OF THE CHOICE ACT AS AMENDED. CALLS PLACED AGAINST THIS BPA WILL PROVIDE SUPPORT IN AREAS NOT LIMITED TO: PROGRAM AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT (PROVIDED AT THREE ORGANIZATIONAL LEVELS:PROGRAM, PORTFOLIO AND PROJECT LEVELS); HEALTHCARE PLANNING; BUSINESS, TECHNICAL, CLINICAL, AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT; COMMUNICATIONS AND BUDGETARY ANALYSIS AND PLANNING; AND STRATEGIC CONSULTING AND IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT SERVICES TO THE VA COMMUNITY CARE CHOICE PROGRAM AND THE SEVEN PORTFOLIOS.
