Government Description
Engineering, Development, Integration, And Sustainment (EDIS) services supporting the current Ground System Enterprise (GSE) throughout its evolution, including the transition to and buildout of Enterprise Ground Services (EGS). Includes systems engineering, planning, design, and trade studies for modifications, demonstrations, prototypes, and facilities; development of EGS command and control product lines; modification and construction of data centers for mission and sev requirements; integration of mus, applications, and services from stakeholders into the EGS baseline; major weapon systems integration; validation and verification of test requirements; and sustainment of ground system equipment and software, including Mobile Range Flight (MRF), mmsoc suites at RSC, safb, and future buckley AFB, and all EGS data centers built under EDIS until Weapon System Sustainment (WSS) transition. Additional tasks include system administration and operations support, cybersecurity (including dco activities), comsec functions, and support for ground research and development, upgrades, and maintenance of ground systems baseline architecture to allow for system growth, addition of missions, and general sustainability.

Engility Corp., Andover, Massachusetts, has been awarded a $655,000,000 firm-fixed-price, cost reimbursable indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for services supporting the Space and Missile Systems Center Development Corps Innovation & Prototype Operations at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico. This contract provides engineering, development, integration, and sustainment services supporting the current Ground System Enterprise throughout its evolution, including the transition to and buildout of Enterprise Ground Services. Work will be performed at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico; and Schriever Air Force Base, Colorado, and is expected to be complete by July 2, 2027. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition with five proposals received.
