Government Description
Counter-Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-SUAS). Supports research, development, prototyping, demonstration, evaluation, and transition of C-SUAS capabilities to combat commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) small unmanned aircraft systems used by adversaries in asymmetric warfare. Includes designing, prototyping, testing, operational evaluation, experimentation, integration, technical installation, and support through initial operations of C-SUAS technologies, with anticipated deliverables such as software, hardware, technical documentation, and technical reports. Task areas include Advanced Evaluation And Readiness of Operational Solutions (AEROS), Assured Base Operations (ABO), Chad Skeletor Integration (CSI), collaborative low-altitude UAS integration (CLUE III), command and control (C2), radio frequency and interceptor development, flight testing, Low Collateral Effects Interceptor (LCEI), and sparky mayhem.

PAR Government Systems Corp., Rome, New York, has been awarded a $490,400,000 ceiling, single award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with cost-plus-fixed-fee completion and firm-fixed-price type orders for Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft System (C-sUAS) software, hardware, and technical documentation. This contract provides for research, designing, prototyping, testing, evaluation, operational evaluation, experimentation, integration, technical installation, transition and support through initial operations of C-sUAS technologies. Work will be performed in Rome, New York, and is expected to be completed by Aug. 31, 2029. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition and one offer was received.
