Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was awarded a $1,500,941,451 ceiling indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the operation of the Software Engineering Institute Federally Funded Research and Development Center. This contract provides for research, development, and prototyping of advanced technology to meet the Department of Defense and national security needs.
