C-5 TRAILING EDGE FLAP GEARBOX OVERHAUL. THIS CONTRACT PROVIDES FOR THE OVERHAUL OF C-5 TRAILING EDGE FLAP GEARBOX ASSEMBLIES, COVERING 38 NSNS, AND INCLUDES ALL REQUIRED OVERHAUL SERVICES. WORK IS PERFORMED IN SUPPORT OF THE AIR FORCE SUSTAINMENT CENTER (AFSC), 638 SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT GROUP (SCMG), AND 409 SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT SQUADRON (SCMS)/GUMB, WITH THOMAS INSTRUMENTS AS THE OEM AND SOLE QUALIFIED VENDOR. OVERHAUL SERVICES ARE CONDUCTED AT BROOKSHIRE, TEXAS.
