C-5M Alternate Modification Installation (AMI) involves the installation of various modification kits on C-5M super galaxy aircraft. Work performed includes installing Communication, Navigation, Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) kits in accordance with tcto 1C5M561D, core mission computer/color weather radar (CMC/WXR) kits in accordance with tcto 1C5M545, and Pylon Hydraulic Check Valve (PHCV) kits in accordance with tcto 1C-5M-581. These modifications are conducted on multiple C-5M aircraft to enhance operational capabilities.
