Government Description
Engineering support for an/alm 280, an/ALQ-161A subsystem software configuration, Electronic Warfare and Avionics Integration Support Facility (EWAISF) for Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming (EWIR). Additional work includes support for Enhanced Automated Special Test Equipment (EASTE), engineering qualification and field test support for Preprocessor Flight Software (PFS), and integrated facility for avionics testing (IFAST). Tasks also include configuration management support for B-1B das sustainment, laboratory maintenance and upgrades, and replacement of obsolete psg components with new commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) psg to address obsolescence issues.

This contract provides engineering services support for the AN/ALM 280 enhanced automated special test equipment, AN/ALQ-161A subsystem software configuration, engineering qualification, field test support for preprocessor flight software, and integrated facility for avionics testing. Work will be performed at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, and is expected to be complete by March 31, 2033. This contract is the result of a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2023 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $5,952,198 are being obligated at the time of award.
