ELB Services LLC, Columbus, Georgia, was awarded a $600,000,000 ceiling, single award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for mission planning support services. This contract provides for continued support of multiple mission planning systems. Work will be performed Hill Air Force Base, Utah, and various locations outside the contiguous U.S., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2034. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales to Australia, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Denmark, Egypt, France, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Japan, Jordan, Korea, Morocco, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. This contract was a competitive acquisition, and seven offers were received. Fiscal 2025 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $944,514 are being obligated at the time of award.
