Communication services supporting E-4B fleet. Includes providing national and nuclear communications support for the E-4B fleet through management, engineering services, field service representatives, mission support facilities operations and management, software/hardware sustainment, and material support. Tasks performed also include sustaining engineering, technical refreshes of communication systems and equipment, system modifications, studies, and updates to mission systems such as the Message Processing System (MPS), Enhanced Network Distribution System (ENDS), and Nuclear Planning and Execution System (NPES). Additional efforts involve upgrades, technical refreshes, and support for secure and non-secure virtual server architecture, SATCOM systems, and other mission-critical communications infrastructure.

Contractor will provide management, engineering services, field service representatives, mission support facilities operations and management, software engineering services and material support. Work will be performed at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska; Richardson, Texas; and Midwest City, Oklahoma, and is expected to be complete by June 24, 2024. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition, and one offer was received. Fiscal 2017 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $4,699,995 are being obligated at the time of award.
