Government Description
KC-135 increased capacity latrines provide replacement units and spares for the KC-135 fleet. Includes the design, fabrication, manufacturing, packaging, kitting, and shipment of increased capacity latrine kits that fit within the existing compartment, require no major aircraft structural modifications, and have a minimum capacity of 8 U.S. Gallons. The latrine must be externally serviced using ground servicing carts, operate in extreme weather conditions, and be compatible with a 28V dc power source. Installation and maintenance instructions, airworthiness analysis, and related reports are also delivered as part of this effort.
