Government Description
USAF safety of navigation solutions contract. This contract provides access to a comprehensive electronic library of aeronautical data, including terminal aeronautical charts, diagrams, and textual information for authorized government users. It includes digital access and distribution of aeronautical safety of navigation (SON) products and services, such as aeronautical database access, flight information publications (FLIP), Jeppesen Military Chart Service (JMCS), Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) applications, and technical support. The contract supports worldwide flight operations for multiple agencies through subscriptions and licenses for foreflight, dispatch, and related navigation solutions.

Boeing Digital Solution Inc., Englewood, Colorado, has been awarded a $14,738,803 firm-fixed-price commercial contract action for the Air Force Safety of Navigation Solution. This contract provides access to an electronic library of aeronautical data to authorized users within the government library and will include terminal aeronautical charts, diagrams and textual information. Work will be performed in Englewood, Colorado, and is expected to be completed Sept. 30, 2025. This award is the result of sole-source acquisition. Fiscal 2020 operations and maintenance funds in the full amount will be obligated at the time of award. Total cumulative face value of contract is $83,794,581. The Air Force Sustainment Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity (FA8101-20-D-0001).
