Government Description
AE design services IDIQ for JBAB. The Architect & Engineering (A-E) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract provides title I, title II, and other A-E services to support Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB) renovations and mission requirements for the 11TH wing and all mission partners. Includes project site investigation, detailed designs for maintenance, repair, alteration, and new construction projects, construction management, field surveys, site and facility investigations, technical studies, structural analyses, feasibility and concept studies, material and color studies, and preparation of architectural and engineering documents and reports for projects involving structural, civil, landscaping, mechanical, electrical, environmental, and subsurface soil investigations. Recent tasks include fire suppression and fire alarm system design, facility space optimization, pool and pool house design, water sampling and pfas/pfos treatment evaluation, oil water separator studies, storm water bmp assessment, electrical switching station upgrades, and renovation and reconfiguration design services for various JBAB buildings.
