Government Description
Provides expert technical services for sustained and uninterrupted particle analysis services on a wide range of samples supporting the Trace Particle Analysis (TPA) mission. The contractor analyzes a wide range of environmental samples containing nuclear-related materials on an industrial scale, adheres to a Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) program to ensure all measurements are free from laboratory-induced contamination, and collects and inputs analysis results into a database for historical purposes and contamination monitoring. Additional support is provided in data interpretation, and services include improving the sensitivity, accuracy, efficiency, and throughput of operational analytical techniques through the development of new programs, analytical AIDS, and methods for data reduction.

This contract was a sole-source acquisition. Fiscal 2025 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $9,900,000 are being obligated at the time of award.
