Uk wide custodial services IDIQ provides custodial and janitorial contractor support services at various US Air Force facilities throughout the United Kingdom, including raf lakenheath, raf mildenhall, raf feltwell, raf alconbury, raf molesworth, raf croughton, raf fairford, raf welford, raf caversfield, blenheim crescent, and barford st. John. The contractor is responsible for all management, tools, materials, supervision, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to maintain sanitary, clean, neat, and professional facility conditions in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and af common output level standards. Services include routine custodial cleaning for facilities supporting units such as the 100 arw, 48TH fw, 727 ams, 422ND abs, and 423RD, with cleaning frequencies and service levels outlined per location. Work is performed across the listed raf bases and associated facilities, ensuring compliance with minimum cleaning standards.

Compass Contract Services Ltd., Birmingham, United Kingdom, has been awarded a $26,220,338 contract to provide United Kingdom-wide custodial services at Royal Air Force (RAF) Bases Lakenheath, Feltwell, Mildenhall, Alconbury, Molesworth, Croughton, Caversfield, Blenheim Crescent, Barford St. John, Fairford, and Welford. Work is expected to be completed by Nov. 30, 2029. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition in which three proposals were received.
