INTEGRATED SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT CONTRACT, YOKOTA AIR BASE AND GEOGRAPHICALLY SEPARATED UNITS, JAPAN. PROVIDES ALL PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, MATERIALS, VEHICLES, SUPERVISION, AND SERVICES NECESSARY TO PERFORM INTEGRATED SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT, INCLUDING WASTE COLLECTION, TRANSPORTATION, SEGREGATION, DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND NON-RECURRING OFF-BASE INCINERATION FOR YOKOTA AIR BASE, TAMA SERVICE ANNEX, TOKOROZAWA TRANSMITTER SITE, OWADA COMMUNICATION SITE, AND MOMOTE SERVICE ANNEX. ALL WORK IS PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH LEVEL OF SERVICE (LOS) STANDARDS, THE YOKOTA AIR BASE RECYCLING PROGRAM, APPLICABLE JAPANESE LAWS, PERTINENT REGULATIONS, AND COMMERCIAL PRACTICES.
