Government Description
Simplified Acquisition Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) at yokota air base and off-base sites. SABER is a single-award, design-build Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) construction acquisition that covers a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction work on real property at yokota air base and off-base locations in Japan. Work performed includes renovation and repair of offices, restrooms, HVAC systems, chillers, ventilation, and roofing; construction of loading docks, cabins, and drainage systems; painting of school facilities; demolition of surplus units; and upgrades to medical, commissary, and community spaces. All work is completed in accordance with project-specific requirements and attachments.
