Base-wide custodial services are performed at yokota air base and geographically separated units (GSUS), Japan. Provides all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure custodial services are performed at yokota air base and GSUS, including tama, tokorozawa, owada, and momote, in a manner that maintains satisfactory facility conditions and presents a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Tasks include accomplishing all cleaning requirements and replenishing soap and paper products in all restrooms in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Service Summary (SS), and Air Force custodial common levels of service standards. All work is performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, headquarters Air Force standards, instructions, and commercial practices.
