Services necessary to operate, maintain, repair, and upgrade the daily execution of frcs/ics network and server operations for the 355 ces Energy Management And Control System (EMCS), at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB). Provides all required personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and services to operate and maintain the EMCS, including routine onsite monitoring, it server maintenance, and emergency support. Tasks include troubleshooting HVAC control issues, coordinating repairs, monitoring system performance, and maintaining EMCS it infrastructure, while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity guidelines.
