Government Description
Refuse and recycling services provided at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida. The contractor performs integrated solid waste management, including emptying municipal solid waste and recycling containers at least weekly, establishing vehicle routes and collection schedules, monitoring fill capacities, and ensuring no litter within a 10-FOOT radius of serviced containers. Curbside collection of commingled single-stream recyclables from base facilities is conducted every thursday, and all work is performed in accordance with the base integrated solid waste management plan.
