Government Description
Boiler maintenance services provided to ensure effective operation and upkeep of boiler systems at Fairchild Air Force Base (FAFB), Washington. The contractor performs boiler operation and maintenance as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), including preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, and attendance with specified staffing levels based on seasonal needs. Additional tasks include implementing a quality control program, maintaining records and reports, coordinating with civil engineer cors, servicing steam and hydronic boilers and associated components, equipment labeling, and submitting quarterly condition reports.
